I don't do it that often, but when I get amazing service, I can't help myself...afterall, if I received horrid service, I wouldn't think twice about complaining to the corporate office...so tonight after such fantastic customer service received at CVS by my favorite cashier Sam, I decided I would email CVS and let them know....so I just finished my email and sent it to CVS.....I do hope she will get some recognition for her outstanding customer service skills....

I was in customer service as a cashier for five years and always went out of my way for my customers....sadly, it seems as if that personal touch is completely disappeared...so it's refreshing and noteworthy when I see someone who has exceptional people skills.....I know how hard it is working with people....and usually only receive complaints...so I'm hoping this letter will be passed along to her bosses so they know how valuable having a person like her working for them is.

So back to my question, do you email offices to report your GREAT customer service experiences? 1|1|i hadn't done that but that is a good idea i had a good cashier tonite at food city even tho the coupons didn't want to scan for her |lydzkydz|lydzmcss@yahoo.com|23:08:55|03/19/2009|
