The way I understand it right now...... working people will be seeing roughly $13 extra dollars in their paychecks. But there is no separate check coming from Uncle Sam. I believe it to be his way of getting the money from his tax cuts into your hands earlier than next filing season---HOWEVER..if you adjusted your W-2 witholding to account for other income--you may not want that extra $13!!
And again....he is signing new things every day it seems----so who knows?!?!?
