keeping drivers on when they are loooong past time to retire. I am in Northern IN here and even when my kids were younger some of the drivers were verrry scary. Kids were in bus accidents ..wasn't surprising. They tend to keep drivers even when they are older than dirt and NOT good drivers any longer. They seem to have a thing about 'tenure' for bus drivers as well as for the teachers. At least here in rural areas. My kids have always lived in the country..never in town ..and no matter where we have lived in Northern IN it seems to be a problem. 3|2|They have Immunity Laws ((Which are horrible for us)) :-( exactly what I'm going through....................................|CJDJ112366|Lintaos@optonline.net|13:24:49|03/05/2009|

Scools, City vehicles, police vehicles and many more have more rights than us. Unless they cause permanent injuries or death. They are covered by immunity laws EVEN if it's their fault. Gotta love it!!

Do you remember the polititian that came to NYC three years ago. He was drunk and drove up on the sidewalk and struck a cop. He wound up w/broken legs. (((IMMUNITY))) He got sent back to the UK. It was totally his fault.

If you or your child was to get hit by a school bus and got a broken bone. It doesn't count because it's not a permanent injury. The bones healed. If you loss function, then it would count. We're going through an immunity case right now.

I had three broken bones and that don't count because it healed but I needed surgery to remove my coccyx bone and still have functional issues re:pelvic floor and bowel issues.

Hugs,
