My husband and I just started this on Monday...and we are having a difficult time figuring some of the portion sizes into our meals. I also have a few questions about certain foods I can't find on the food list...such as fat free milk, fat free sour cream, splenda, fiber one cereal, etc. Also wondering about the portion size for lettuce ~ 2 HEADS of lettuce equals ONE carb choice! UGH! Has anyone been successful with this diet? Do you have ANY tips for me?
