Hi Betty,
This recipe is really easy and simple. My kids love chicken legs, so I haven't tried it with chicken breasts yet but want to do that next week. I use one of those foil pans (not the cake one but the one that says roasting pans) and I place the chicken legs in it, then I generously sprinkle them with Mrs. Dash Original seasoning, then sprinkle with garlic powder. After that I take a bottle of BBQ sauce (I buy the large one) and pour it over the chicken, I use a whole bottle, then cover and bake at 400 degrees for an hour, then after an hour uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more then it's done. It's so juicy and you can really taste the bbq sauce flavor, I use to boil my chicken first, then put it in the oven and put bbq sauce on it, but it wasn't as juicy and you couldn't taste the bbq sauce much, so this new way I do it is really yummy. Hugs, Rebekka

Only cooking for 2 people, although my son would probably eat them all, so I better rethink that. :)

I love Mrs. Dash -- it's the only thing I use. Might try it for Sun. Dinner. If I do, will let you know how it turns our. Thanks.
