ever since the ice storm........ive had power problems.....power was out 14 days.....when they hook everyone back up.......i start having problems with my breaker box.........it fried 2 breakers.......for a grand total of a bit over $50,,,,,,now ive got 2 more breakers..jumping off and on.....and one of the new ones is doing it again!!!!! i can also hear frying noises in the box.........sooooooooooo i called the electricin........ask about a good guesstimate..on a price to wire me in a totally new breaker box.......was told...if no other problems....a bit less than $1000
what a headache................
but on the other hand.........we have our insurance thru.....the mortage company.......i called them........was told they will send out an adjustor....who is supposed to contact me within 48 hrs,...
soooooooo maybe it will pay for this.........i told the lady..if i dont get something done pretty quik.........im really gonna have a claim.......cause this is dangerous and could burn my house down!!!!!!

That is why the breakers are burning up.my husband did electrical work for years.We had this happen to one of out houses.
