i got it at EXAQCTLY 4pm today. i tried MANY other times and din't get in in time. they give out 80 per hour per day and the only way to get one is to have all of your information filled out and when the clock strikes o-clock then hit submit. sometimes it works sometimes not. it has been posted on other boards that through the o-clock and the 01 minutes is the only time vouchers are given.
also, this is a BRICKS coupon print but it will only allow ONE print per computer so if you want to try for more than one you'll have to get on another system somewhere.
also, it is NOT a coupon it is a rebate voucher. you have to send in a copy of your vet bill and wait for a rebate check. hth :)

Pet Voucher (2/20/2009 8:34:17 PM): I finally got through this morning while at work to get the $20 pet voucher. I didn't realize you had to download the software to print the coupon. I found two ways to get around this:
1) First thing right away I emailed the website organization and explained the problem. They emailed me back and verified that I did indeed qualify. They are mailing me a voucher.
2) I also had left the window open that prints the coupon. I copied the adress and sent it to myself in an email. When I opened it at home, I was able to print the coupon right away.
So, if you qualify for the voucher at work and you can't print it - you have a few options on how you can get it to print. Hope this helps!!, Dana S, IN

To make distribution of the Veterinary Vouchers as fair as possible, more than 80 Veterinary Vouchers per hour are available, from February 16th to February 28th, on a first-come basis, every hour, on the hour, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET -- with up to 1000 vouchers distributed per day.
Unfortunately, we are not able to send you a voucher in the mail, because that would not be in keeping with the official rules of the promotion and wouldn’t be fair to the thousands of consumers who are logging onto gettothevet.com every hour on the hour for a chance to obtain one of 83 vouchers per hour that are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET from February 16th to February 28.
Perhaps try to get to a public library, they often have computers and printers there for members of the community to use for free!
