My mom is very sick. She needs her gall bladder removed and has no insurance. She has applied for Medicaid and was dinied. She is a single grandmother raising three grand daughters. I want to help her but financial can't. I need ideas of ways to raise money for her. I thought about a car wash or garage sale. The cost is atleast 2200. If you have any ideas, please email me. maybe you could call around to local churches to see if they have funds to help people with medical expenses
i know a friend of mine had help with his spleen surgery with some churches around here
and you could post on freecycle for yardsale items
so sorry to hear about her problems
i am in the same boat if something happens with my gall bladder or anything else as i have no insurance either
maybe others will think of some ways

Wondering if your family would help pitch in and bring items to sell at a garage sale, or hold one themself to help your mom?. If you or your mom belong to a church, perhaps contact them and see if you guys could put together a spaghetti dinner or something like that to help her get funds. Wishing you all the best and praying you meet your goal..I have a huge bill when my son was in the hospital, we have no insurance either..
