We were hoping for a tax return so that we take a vacation this year and instead we owe like $300! I just want to cry! We had to take all the money out of my retirement plan to cover some bills and I didn't withhold enough for taxes, so we have to pay now. How depressing.

it took me 4 weeks to get ALL of our decutions in order and be SURE i had everything so that's why i'm asking. i'd suggest letting them sit for a week then looking at them again and seeing if you may have left something out. perhaps you can "find" that $300.00 or at least part of it. gl!
i used turbotax.com and filed for free. their system really helped me maximize my decuctions. perhaps you could try that system. hth
