OK the auction ended at 7pm and I had 2 people bid exacly at 7pm. Who would be the winner...the first person to bid at 7pm or the last person to bid at 7pm??? I really don't know what to do :(

I went through this a few weeks back and everyone agreed that if the auction ended at a certain time, then whoever had the highest bid at that time wins! One of the people who responsed to that exact question stated "it is an auction, the highest bidder wins." Hope this helps. A suggestion would be on the next auction you run to state "highest bidder at 7:00 wins" that way it is clarified. Hope this helps! 3|1|I honestly don't know what ro do! Hi...I have seen similar situations occur on other auctions so whenever I do an auction I always say:
"Auction ends at 7:00. Highest bidder before 7:01 wins."
I do this to avoid the exact problem you are having. Unfortunately that does not help you with this situation but maybe you might want to consider revising the wording on any other autions you my still have going on right now.
