as to wheather he takes returns or not..if he does'nt have a patent on this product, he should look into that also, so that someone does'nt steal his idea under him..
Just a suggestion but his offical rules page is really long,people are not gonna want to read all that..perhaps he could put Where we got this crazy idea, on a "about us" page to break it up, and people could scroll/read though faster.
If these are handcrafted by him, he should look into doing some online/offline craft shows to get his biz name out there..
I wish him only the best, glad to see others shooting for their dream of owning their own biz as well..

can you tell me more about your ideas so I can tell him. He is looking into getting a patent but hasn't heard anything back yet. Need more info on the online craft show. Al of this is new to him. He is a truck driver that is over the road for most of the month. He will be home soon, so all ideas will be greatly appreicated.

I did a search on yahoo for his biz name and noticed he is not registered with them as his web site does'nt appear.If he's not registered with google,msn he should be on there list too...it is free!!

Thanks so much for all the information you passed onto us. He is so excited and thinks I need to change all the stuff you said. (I made the website for him) and he wants me to look into the online craft stores for him. He isn't to computer savy so I have been doing all the legwork for him. He is the one with the Million Dollar Idea LOL and I am the one who believes in him enough to help!
