Just popping in for bit to say hello and hope you all are having a great day. I'm doing good, just feeling kinda tired today, didn't sleep well last night...I made Teriyaki meatballs in the crockpot and served them over rice for dinner. We are gonna go out for ice cream in a little while. Hugs, Rebekka

I bought the Armour frozen meatballs, thawed them, then warmed them in the microwave, then tossed them in the crockpot, added slices of green and red bell peppers, 2 small cans of pineapple chunks with juice, one red/purple onion sliced and 2 bottles of Ken's Teriyaki marinade and 1/2 filled empty ken's bottle with water and added it. Cook all day on low and then serve over rice. It was really good, but I think 1 bottle of Ken's might work and then add a full bottle of water (just refill the ken's bottle with water). I'm thinking about doing the sweet sour ones next week. Hope all is well your way girlie...Hugs, Rebekka

have you ever made teriyaki chicken? I know at the Japense restuarant they just brown the cut up bonless chicken put it on top of the rice and pour the sauce over it. I have never made it before, is there a better way to do it? TIA and everything is looking up for us now for the time being and I hope everything is ok on your end also.
