we got a puppy and i think he needs a bath (he's starting to smell like a dog lol) but i don't want to buy any of that expensive stuff at the stores if i don't have too.

1|1|just regular baby shampoo works great!|noway|stormybizzles@yahoo.com|11:00:28|02/11/2009|
baby shampoo is really cheap and works beautifully for puppies and won't irritate their skin or eyes. 2|2|Tide, and use lots of dryer sheets in the dryer to make him "fluffy"|Beaglesfly|lmllr77@aol.com|11:07:16|02/11/2009|
ROFL....just kidding jackie, I don't know what possessed me to write that.
Although human shampoos are more for humans, I would think that Johnson's would be okay.
If he has any skin problems, you might want to invest in a shampoo from a pet store. Also, if he's white, there's "bluing" (sp?) to make him look whiter....but again, it would probably cost more. I can't think of some of the names I used when I was dog grooming, but if i think of them, I'll post.
Good luck with your ball of fur! Our puppy is about 17 weeks old now and I just love him to pieces.
