My sister in law..who lives in paintsville ky.......her power company..would not let the outside workers touch their lines........so she has been without power all this time.....yesterday...she went over to power company to talk to the head man.....they wouldnt talk to her......SHE BLOCKED THE DRIVE........AND IT TOOK A SECURITY GUARD AND 3 POLICE TO GET HER TO MOVE......LOL

In 2002 when we lived in Kansas we were without power for 1 week and last year here in OK we were without power for 5 days, so I know what you're going thru..............it's rough.
