A friend stopped in this afternoon at work to have a drink and tell me that another friend of ours went to the hospital thinking she was really, really sick with bronchitis or pneumonia. Lung cancer I feel totally devastated, I live in my hometown and we have been friends for so many, many years. She is 53, I guess I just feel so helpless.

she had a cold, but it wouldn't let up so she went to the Dr. The hospital ran tests and she is in stage 4 of Lung Cancer and it went to the liver already.. I couldn't believe it. It's sad.
