Hosea(a seafood chef) doesn't know how to cook MonkFish. Leah has no idea what ingredients are in the dish(did I mention she GAVE UP at the quickfire?) At least Jamie knows what went wrong and how to fix it. I cannot believe "overly salty" trumped "undercooked" and "cooked wrong". I've been rooting for Jamie, Carla and Hosea and last night when they brought back Jamie, I was thrilled but sad she lost the quickfire challenge, I was happy though that Jeff won and I was hoping he would've won the elimination round, because he's tried so hard.
