There was a news story here on them. News took same jewelry to pawn and jewelry stores (official estimate they should get $700-900 for all of it). Most stores were in that range, a few pawn shops were $650 or so but when person turned to leave with jewelry, shop came up and up until over $1000. Sent same stuff in to them, got check for $350. Tried to use "guarantee of satisfaction" to get stuff back and was told already melted down, no way to track it, etc.

I would avoid them.

Check around in your town. There is alot of places that by gold.
