No, there is not a rebate or offer out on these, I need empty bags intact,no cut out upc's etc.. and in good condition, I wanna start making totes with them, I am willing to pay 10 cents per bag + shipping, so plse start saving these for me if you buy this product, your helping me out + saving the landfill as these are not recycleable..
