Ok i have two options available to me right now. Ok as i told you all in an earlier post i bought myself a trailor. Now i have my dads property that i can put it on that has everything that i need on it as far as water, electric, and sewer. It needs work done on the driveway. Needs to have some trees taking out where the trailor will sit and also needs to brush cut back coming up the driveway. and then i will have to find someone to dig the trenches for my water and sewer.

And my second option is my friend has offered to let me put my trailor on there land they didnt say anything about charging me pad rent or anything they just said that i could put it there until i could save up the money to buy my own property. It is alot nicer land and needs less work that my dads land but they also want the option to maybe put other trailors there as well. And i dont want to live in a trailor court so i really dont know which would be the best option for me

So go ahead and give me your opinions on what you think

1|1|Before you make a decision, get the details from your friends and dad on what their expectations are....do they expect this to be free to you? And do they expect you to be there 6 months? A year? Longer? Just because no one mentioned charging you anything doesnt mean they dont plan to....it would be best to ask outright :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|16:06:04|01/30/2009|

I know that with my dad i can stay at the same place for as long as i want to. My sister has had her trailor sitting here for 12 years now. And as long as i dont cut down any of his tress, lol hes a freak about trees. Then things will go well. He actually said i could put it where ever i wanted and there is 11 acres right here. And my friend i have decided not to go that route with it because i just dont know what there expectations are. What i mean by that i dont know how long they would let me stay and they have talked about adding more trailors there too rent out and its only 3 acres.

So im going to be putting my trailor on my dads land where i can live for the rest of my life if i choose too :)

Now if the snow would melt and the ground would dry up then i could get someone out here to start clearing where i need it cleared at so i can move my trailor out.

5|3|That sounds like a good plan :) I know the spot you want will take a little work, but I think the peace of mind will be well worth it :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|21:42:48|01/30/2009|

"Middle age is when you choose your cereal for the fiber, not the toy." 6|4|Do you need a permit or something? The tax man likes to see housing on property so they can raise the property tax rate. I would at least offer to help your dad out with that. When I was first married, we rented my dad's house dirt cheap. After a while, we just started mailing him a check for more money because we could afford it and really, he was charging us way below what the norm was for rent.|Sara_s_Mom|IClipCoupons@gmail.com|10:55:15|01/31/2009|

You don't want to spend more money later to move it again. 8|6|Wise choice to put it on your dads land, at least for sure you know you'll always have a place..I'm a tree lover also so I understand about him not wanting you to cut |HONEY11|HONEY1@AMERITECH.NET|17:39:18|01/31/2009|
