I am trying to follow weight watchers and cut my food portions and am looking for a set of dishes (microwavable ) that have assorted small sizes like 8-12oz bowls and cups and smaller size plates Any ideas? I was thinking maybe there are toddler size dish sets around I know there is a place that actully sells dish set that are for portion control diets but they are so expensive! 1|1|Try Corelle....they have the 12 oz or so cereal bowls, but they also have the 6 oz dessert bowls...and the smaller salad and bread plates....I eat off a salad plate to help cut down my portions too :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|09:56:21|01/30/2009|

ETA I think the salad plates are 8" diameter rather than 10 or 12" diameter like the dinner plates...hth

I microwave mine daily it seems :) Also, if you bust a dish, you can usually get a replacement at an outlet store or online.|Sara_s_Mom|IClipCoupons@gmail.com|11:19:10|01/30/2009|

I can't help with the dishes other than I do know that JC penneys has tiny kid sized bowls that I have bought before when they offer the $10 off anything $10 or more coupons. They are expensive (I think about $7 regular price, but I think they were also something like 40 or 50% off before. That might be something you can pick up eventually. I think JC Penney's offers those coupons again sometime in May before Mothers Day.

One thing I have been doing is I use some ziplock bags to measure out my daily snacks. Like my low fast wheat thins or pretzels. That way I can count them out while I am not terribly hungry and it helps to keep me on track. The bags do not get "dirty", I can re-use them several times. I had a stockpile of them already and found they are helping me.

Sounds like you are doing great and working hard. Keep up the good work. Vanessa 6|2|LOL! I just re-read my post... LOW FAST, LOW FAT... sometimes it feels like a fast!|sunriver|lithiasalt@cheerful.com|11:29:05|01/30/2009|
