Here's what I know if it: take about 5c mashed potatoes, add cheese, butter, sour cream, ???? and put in 13X9 baking dish. Heat through in the oven, tastes like a twice baked potato.<P>I know I almost have the recipe, but I don't want to leave anything to chance.
