I just love visiting at someone's house where they're comfortable & courageous enough to want to display the many different things they collect. It's usually a mishmash of odds & ends but it really does add character & make it feel more "homey". ;) It's like walking into a flea market of nostalgia & SO neat to see all the different things. :)

7|1|I took the ornaments down and most of the Christmas down late last week. The tree was artificial (half off last year and a rebate, LOL) but I didn't see it put together, so I didn't dare take it down myself b/c I have a low threshold for frustration and was afraid I'd tear it limb for limb trying to get it apart, LOL.
