I've been having those days too but I believe it's cuz of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) - tired, not wanting to go anywhere & no gumption to do anything. I started taking Ginseng again a couple wks. ago so am hoping in another week or 2, my energy will start returning & the tiredness will start to subside. I have a sunlamp but too lazy to dig it out. LOL Fortunately when the sun is out, it shines really good thru my front windows in the afternoon so I try to spend as much time in it as possible. Just gets a little too toasty sometimes. LOL

..need to curl up on the couch and snuggle under a blankie or two...maybe make some hot tea and then put in a rented movie, or maybe you'll get lucky enough to find a good "oldie" on tv?

Thanks girlie...Will has a miserable cold/flu and just feels lousy and I feel lousy from my fibro and also my gum is swollen on the upper left side of my mouth, so it hurts to talk too much, maybe that's a good thing. LOL. I've been rinsing it and gargling. Thank goodness Cheyenne isn't sick....Hugs, Rebekka
