special pick-ups or a local place to take the TV's that will be hitting the dumpsters very shortly...can you imagine how many that will be??? TV's are considered "toxic" or "hazardous"...and cannot be just dumped in a trash barrel...that's in OUR area of Michigan...and won't stop a whole lot of "don't give a darn" persons from doing it..

Been trying to get some answers on the "cheap portable black and white TV's we use in power outages in Michigan...no one has any solution yet...power outage happens after switch-over all Converter boxes work on electricity...uh...yep

So far, no battery operated converter boxes..

However, government talks now are being centered on putting off the switch-over till June or July..should be interesting to see how that works out...
