Hi all just a quick update i am back online as of today and i have DSL WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!
Things are going pretty smoothly for the most part. DH is still in AR and im still in Missouri where i plan on staying i bought myself a trailor and the best part is is that it is totally paid for!!! Im hoping to get it moved out and set up sometime next week. Im having to do a little work on the land but nothing to big just cutting down some trees and trimming along the driveway and having some gravel hauled in for the driveway i have alot of friends here are helping me alot with all the work so that is a great. I am staying at my sisters place until my place gets all set up. I havent filed for divorce yet, since i moved to a new state i have to wait 90 days so i wont be able to file until april 14.
Im not sure if i told you but when i left i left with only what i could fit in my car which was mostly our clothes. So im starting over from scratch for the most part. Its gonna be a long rough road but well worth it in the end when its all said and done. The kids are doing good they are enjoying there new school and love there new teachers and have made lots of friends already.
Things with me and Jeff are not good even being so far apart he told the kids last night that he couldnt come and see them because mommy didnt love him anymore. I have never once said that he couldnt come see the kids i tell the kids every night when they go to bed that there daddy loves them and hes going to tell him this BS it just makes me very angry. I know what hes trying to do though and its not going to work. I left for alot of reasons but the main reason was that i was tired of being treated like crap and talked down to all the time i could go on and on but i wont
I so need some coupons, lol i even left my poor binder behind :( But i will get there again i started from scratch when i first started using coupons so im sure i will get it built back up again. I have new email address now as well im getting ready to get it updated on here so feel free to email me anytime.

I have been told for so long that im stupid and that i cant do anything right this feels really good to be doing something for me and my kids. I now Know that i OWN my own home and it feels great and i did it all on my own. I am so much happier here. Just not having someone constantly put you down all the time really can where on a person. I just woke up one day and said thats it im not doing this anymore. I have dealt with physical, emotional and mental abuse for so long i really am surprising myself that i am strong enough to do this. But you know what i am. And i can and i will do this!!!! The kids are so much happier not having to listen to the fighting all the time and that just thrills me to see them so happy!!!!
Well lets see as far as my house goes i really dont have anything yet. I bought me a set of dishes at a yard sale yesterday for $1. I have some used pots and pans well a few but it does make it kind of hard to cook when you dont have many pans or any kind of baking dishes but i will get all that eventually. I do have a washing machine i bought a dryer but the lady sold me a dryer that wont heat. I should have known when she pulled it out of the house before i was there that there was something up but it was $30 and i couldnt pass it up. but i have a friend coming to look at it this weekend to see if maybe he can fix it before i start looking for another one. I bought some silverware and some plastic cups but we are getting by.
As far as my wishlist goes i pretty much need it all. But i will give it a go as to what i can think of this morning but like i said if you need it for the house than i need it, lol but you know what im not letting any of this get me down i know im doing whats best for me and the kids and that is what matters the most.

8|2|Is there any second-hand stores there? You can often find bakeware and cookware super cheap at those stores..any kind of kitchen stuff most of the time. :) I found a complete set of Corelle dishes at my local resale shop (it is a shop that all procedes to go Hospice) for $5! ETA: I guess your situation hits close to my heart, I was in a similar situation (was preggo with my twin boys, but they werent born yet, and I didnt even know I was preggo when I left their father) when I finally woke up and said "Enough, I want my life back!"...I am not surprised at all that you are doing this on your own, it's in us to do it, we just have to find it again sometimes :)

Oh trust me i have been hitting the resale shops big time im trying to be very frugal with my money which is why i havent bought much yet. As far as stores go i have a walmart, kmart, target Country Mart National and Aldis for grocery stores. there is a walgreens and im not sure about a CVS yet but i would love it if i did, lol. I get so jealous hearing about everyones deals at CVS. I havent lived up here in so long and there are so many new stores around im really not sure what is here and what is not yet but i will learn as time goes on

it was much like this. We had nothing but our clothes. My mom came from a large family, (she was also from AR) and had only went through the 8th grade. He always told her she could do nothing on her own. She went on to get her GED, and get her bachelors in Nursing. She never went on any kind of Aid, even though I would not think badly of her if she did.

The Goodwill store around here has new necessities in addition to used items, but everything is usually priced very reasonable - household, clothing, shoes, small appliances, etc. Basically anything/everything you can think of & would possibly need except for maybe the bigger appliances (fridge, stove, washer/dryer). I love going there cuz you can even find odds & ends replacement parts/cords for alot of things. LOL
I'm 200% behind you in your new endeavor cuz I also left an abusive relationship so I can understand what you've been thru. I know you will be just fine tho cuz you've already taken the biggest, most difficult step by leaving. I can't say it was always easy-street on my own afterwards but NOT ONCE have I ever regretted leaving or thought about going back cuz my leaving was the BEST thing I could've ever done for my son & I. If you haven't already, you will quickly find out that even in the most seemingly difficult times, life can be SO good away from the abuse. As you said your kids are happier, as you will most certainly be too, cuz there's no more fighting, walking around on eggshells, etc. The peace & tranquility are priceless! :)

Wow...good for you! It takes a lot of guts to up and leave...especially when you have kids. I'm so glad that you and the kids are doing well. I will be moving to Missouri in the next few months (dh' will be working in KC, but we will probably look for a house in So MS or even KS) I'll have to hook up with you and Shelly when I start house hunting in the area.

Im not actually living with my sister im living in her place that she has in Missouri but she actually lives in Illinois. I do have alot of friends and family here that have been alot of help actually my grandfather called me today and said that he had some pans that he will never use and i can have.
