I did a Frogpond and could not get any sort of communication from them after they charged me full price for an item that should have been free. After trying in vain and not getting the frogpond to respond I contacted Buzz. I LOVE BUZZ. They got in contact with the place and now they are working with me and promising not only full reimbursement but free shipping for the item as well.
