today my folks got a phone call from my brohters neighbors saying they had not seen any lights on his house for couple nights and his trash can was still at curb
so my folks went to his house about 25 miles from here they didn't find anything in house and then my dad went to garage it was locked but he had a key and found my brother in the car he had hooked up a hose from exhaust to inside of car window and had windows all blocked off with blankets,etc,figure he probably been there 2 days allready they are doin ontopsy ( sp) he has suffered from a sleepind disorder for a long time ( insomia) some times he only gets 6 hours sleep in a week and it drags him down and they had him on some strong medsf which he didn't like taking because it made him do crazy things in the nite the next day he would find furniture moved around his house, made lots of cell calls one nite at 4 am one day had magic marker all over his hands and doesn;t know about any of this-- don't know if all the meds had anything to do with this but would like to think so ( might make it little easier to take annd then not really
my broher was 51 i also lost a brother 24 years ago from car accident when he was only 21 and i also lost a infant brother many years ago so my folks have lost all 3 of their sons just me and my sister left
my brohter was single and had no children he was also in a house explosion several years ago and had severe burns to his hands and face and not able to work since then
just helps a farmer out in spring and fall
this is just about more than i can bear we are trying to sell our houe, and business wanted to make out move feb 6th about 120 miles from my parents,grandma,sister, etc
and be closer to son and gradkids closing up business on jan 29 and now i find i am exator of his estate also !!!!!!!!!!!!! enough about me this is about my brohter jeff may he rest in peace and be pain free looking down on all of us thanks for listening vickie

That was one thing the clerk of court told me when I went to get the letters of testamentary following my mom's recent death. If you feel you cannot handle the job, you can decline, and the clerk will appoint someone else. So, please don't think you HAVE to do it if you feel you can't at this time.
