and scared to death..lol Its a minor thing (so they tell me) and have to have a golf ball sized growth removed from the top of my foot. I will be knocked out via IV and supposedly wont remember a thing, but then I get to have a fashionable ortho shoe for a month and a half...lol
the incision is supposedly going to be from my ankle all the way to my 2nd little toe--- thats what scares me..lol ,That and whatever else they may find in there....
well thanks for letting me vent my worries -- its off to bed with no food or water for me
no coffee in the AM is going to KILL me.........

my 1/2 hour surgery turned into hour and 10 minutes. the doctor found a small tumor under the ganglion and a bone spur that hadnt shown up on the xrays. Shes 99.9% sure the tumor is benign, but sent it out for testing just in case. It was much more extensive than she or I thought it would be. I am managing with crutches and my pretty little ortho boot..and the drugs are good-- 1/2 dose makes me drowsy, so I will stick to that...Go back on Monday, we will see whats up then.. kids are trying to wait on me hand and foot, its actually comical.
she says it will be 6 weeks before I can start running again POOP...
Well, back to the couch and ice packs for me -- weill try to get back on later

yesterday woke up in extreme pain and had to take a full dose of my pain med, which knocked me right back out then I woke up nauseous and couldnt get rid of the nauseousness all day -- talked to the doc and she suggested just regular tylenol since the ned could be the reason fo the nasuea. tried that last night before bed and I slept the whole night so, today should be better thanks for all the well wishes
