The bottles were available for over-the-counter purchase inFlorida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, and Texas. Thebottles are labeled "MHL Ibuprofen 200 mg Pain Reliever/FeverReducer Advanced Formula Pain Medication." These tablets have alot number 337666 and expiration date March 2010.
