Paypal has limited the access to my account, saying that they believe that a third party tried to access it.
They say if I do these three steps I will immediately regain full access
change password
change security questions & answers
confirm location
Here is the problem, when I try to change the password or security questions it wants me to verify my bank account number, the problem is I no longer have that account, or even know the old account number.
Under confirm location it says to add credit or debit card to continue with phone confirmation, I do not have a credit or debit card.
The only thing I am currently allowed to do with my account is receive money and update my profile. It will not let me send or withdraw funds.
Has anyone had this problem, and if so what do I do? I can't provide the things they are asking for, so now I can't get my money from paypal :(

I had the email in my box this morning, and figured it was just a scam. But there was no link in the email to click witch made me question if it was real or not because usually the scam ones try to get you to click a link in the email. I closed the email and went direct to paypal, and my account is actually limited.

I did further looking on paypal in the help section etc. It says if you cant verify the info to do such & such and it will give a confirmation number, they will call and then you give them that number, but when I try that all it wants me to do is enter a debit or credit card to verify my location, but I don't have either of those. 6|1|All fixed!!! :) :)|pinchinpennies|pinchinmypennies@aol.com|13:39:18|01/12/2009|
Called paypal and talked to a really nice guy, got it all fixed, have full access back :) :)
