i either had to pay it.......or go to court on 15th and prove it wasnt mine or had been paid.....
here when u have a trover clinic bill.....and it isnt paid within x amount of time..they turn it over to credit..thing...and u make payment arrangements..but the credit thing..wouldnt even look back in my accounts with them..to see if any of that had been paid....said by law they couldnt give me info..since it was in lawyers hands now.........so i gave her a piece of my mind(ky redneck came out) and said....... ( ) it....went to the lawyers and laid out the money......then she didnt even want to take my cash.......i said u take it.....or u dont get it..im not going to get u a money order!

10|3|Wow... but paying it was admission it was yours. Hubby had a hospital bill show up on his credit report - it was really old too. They couldn't bring any records up to prove it, so they had to drop it with the collection company. that the many many many bills i have paid off over the yrs....thru the credit service...that some or all of the bills they provided me.......could have been in the ones i paid off........but they said they couldnt provide me with any information.....since it had gone to a lawyer.......
