I'm near Ft. Wayne. the roads don't look too bad.....guess it's icey though. Went from a 2 hr. delay (called @ 5:30am) to no school at all!

I was only 13 during the Blizzard of '78, but at least that was only 5 days and things got back to normal!!!
I ended up being out of power for 12 and half days .... then lost power sporadically for 3 more days..... I am sooooo scared that we will lose power again tonight as the ice builds up on the trees/power lines!!!
I stayed home from work today cuz as you know I drive almost 50 miles to work one way and did not want to deal with the bad roads to and from work .... No thanks!!! I have a bunch of envies to mail out and tried to get out of my driveway at 3:30, but it is all iced over.... Just cannot win!!!
Spring cannot come soon enough for me .. I am sure you feel the same way!!! How are the roads out in Marlboro??

When my kids were younger I used to tell them about the winters when I was youngster. They used to look at me like I had 2 heads.... now they are telling me the same about the past few years!!! Funny how things come back around, huh?
