I am so mad at myself because in the last 2 weeks I have misplaced a $10.00 GC to Toysrus and a 5.00 GC to Chick Filet and 2 birthdays cards I had bought.
I have searched the house everywhere and cannot find these items---UUUUGGGG
I will not even tell you what DH is saying but if he keeps it up he is going to get smacked!!

I am especially good at losing things when I try to reorganize, something might get moved to a more "logical" place, but I wont remember where I put it! LOL
When I lose something, I try to think of exactly what I was doing and where I was the last time I saw it, and then retrace my steps forward from there....
it works most of the time for me :)

i am always HUNTING for something
lots of stuff still missing
and mom is in the same shape
she lost 2 pair of my christmas pj's for 2 years
was found in her closet in her suitcase with some other christmas items she had bought
so goes it at least now i have them LOL
SOOOOOOOOOO Betty you are NOT alone in losing things
quit lookkinn and you will find
or just pray about it i had to do that with some things this summer i was lookin for

Somebody here has to keep their mind cuz I've already lost the 1st half of mine, & the 2nd half is on a downhill slalom race. I try to think positively with, "What I forget now, it's less I have to worry about remembering when I'm older". LOLOL
And I sure understand about dh except the "mouthpiece" here is of the teenaged male species. :-p LOL

We both went to Harris Teeter today and I know I bought 6 Powerade because I had 6 coupons and when we got home only had 5 (so what else is new he says) so I ask him to go to my car and look and see if one fell out of the bag and was under the seat so off he goes and when he comes back in he says nope not there but I found this and he holds up the Chick Filet GC and the ToysrUs GC and said they were under the passenger seat so that has been found but not the 2 birthday cards but I am sure he will find them also------just so he can say UMMMM
