Well.....I've FINALLY sat down....
I've spent the ENTIRE day cleaning, organizing, changing beds, taking down the Christmas tree and decorations ....putting them away...vaccuuming....etc.....
I've been doing this since 8:00 AM and I'm STILL not done....but I'm taking a break....so I thought I'd see what everyone else is up to....anyone doing something they enjoy????? 1|1|nothing fun here..(M)|kthy26|kthy26@yahoo.com|16:10:38|01/01/2009|
I got up this morning and went to get a few groceries came back carried those in and put them away washed dishes, cleaned our bedroom and cleaned out our the closet so I could put a few things in there that i didnt want setting out doing laundry and just odds n ends at the house this evening we are going to a viewing the funeral home, one man that works with husband his wife passed away and they are having the viewing tonight...the good thing from this was...i was going through close trying to find something to wear and everything i put on looked terrible because it was way toooo big from the weight that i had lost and i couldnt believe so that was good for me so i found 1 pair of blank pants and a shirt that i can wear and it doesnt look to bad so that is our day and we probably will stop and get something to eat on our way home tonight so not really doing anything for me atleast
my husband and son went to the gun range this morning of course they are off doing fun stuff while i'm working isnt that the case usually :)
but wouldnt trade them for anything in the world :)

Resolution #1 Make new budget...organize finances better
Paid bills and adjusted budget and automatic withdrawals since dh will start getting paid bi-weekly instead of monthly.
Resolution #2 Get office organized
I'm working on it.....
have all coupons cut and filed
went through all sales papers, made list, pulled coupons
posting all unwanted items on the PIF thread
cleaning out desk drawers
getting out 2009 calenders and making notes on them
cleaning out my school bag and getting it ready for Monday
still have to
put all receipts in order and file
pull last year's bills, paperwork, etc and box up
get paperwork together to submit for Flexible Spending account
set up system to track my 2009 savings
organize scrapbooking material
go through 2 boxes of old, old papers and decide what can be tossed
put Xmas pictures in frames
download all Xmas pics from camera and place an order with Walgreens
Resolution #3 get more exercise and eat healthier
working on it
have made a menu and grocery list
purging my cabinets of junk food (unfortunately I'm eating my way through them...lol)
still have to
walk dog and walk on treadmill (dog is kinda slow...not much of a workout)

Hey girlie,
I hope you feel better soon. I am thinking about sending Will to the store for some jello and some soup, I really don't feel so well. I need to get better though cause I need to get some things done here, thank goodness Will is such a big help to me. I have spent the day checking my hubby sugar. When he got up at 10am he did not feel good so by feeling took it and it was 39....So been trying to get it up all day finally got it up to 85 so now get to spend time watching it and him to call doc tomorrow. What a start to 2009.

2pm, my oldest son said he didn't feel well. He looked pale and just said he was going to lay down(now I know he doesn't feel good). Then the nasty ole stomach bug hit. Way to bring in the New Years. It's 8:15pm here now and he regained some color and says he feels a little better.

to me in bed on a tray by DH, got up at 2:00, went to wal-mart and the grocery store, a very lovely, lazy day!! LOL, not usually this lazy, my hours at work are very long, but DH and I planned this, we call it "The Day of the Lazies" and believe me, we have had very few of them, but we LOVE them!
