I got a new computer for christmas and loaded the aol disk and set up account - it wouldn't let me put in my old screenname (kellyneish) and made me do a new one -- I was able to get to my screen as a guest, but dont want to have to do that everyday.... I have free AOL since I have FIOS, so there is no "live" tech support, only a automated phone service. There is an option to delete screen names, but will that void this new account I set up? anyone know? I would just like to speak with someone there and find out what to do, but since I dont pay for the service I dont have that option...
geez, as a guest, I cant have custom away messages either.. this blows.....

you cannot delete a master name..in other words u cant delete the name u used to open the account.....but when u put the disk in.......it should have gave u the option to sign on as an existing customer or a new account.....

asks for screen name and password, put that in and a few steps later wants you to choose a screen name and suggests a few, but when i I put in "kellyneish" it says alreay taken and there is no back button to try again.... I really hate not having access to tech support.... I might just keep the AOL.com and have to start using my verizon , which is not half as user friendly this really peeves me. All I WANTED for Christmas was a WII.... And I get a computer.... Dont mistake me, It was a good gift, but I dont have the patience for this right after the holidays.... and I still DONT have a WII....

had Christmas with my dad tonight and we got a Wii and the Fit board too as a family gift!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!! We have been playing bowling, golf and shooting so far... cant wait to get the fit board hooked up and try out that stuff!!!!!!! WOWOWOWOW what a great gift -- my husband told my dad that it was all I wnated and they kept it a secret all month!!!! My husband had already bought my new computer wehen I told him that ALL I wanted was the Wii and Fit to go woth it -- so he called my dad and said if you want to get something for Kelly she REALLY wants a Wii Fit -- so ta-da....its a FAMILY GIFT --- i love it!!!!!
