This was the survey where you input a code, take the survey, and then they send you a $15 prepaid card.
I tried to use my $15 card the other day and it was refused (and I had followed the directions to a "t"). I called the number on the card, got a voicemail, and they just called me back. Turns out they made a mistake with these cards, and if you call, they'll send you a $15 check to replace the card.
Kind of rotten of them, I think, because they didn't notify me, I had to call them (seems like they're not going to bother correcting their mistake unless you call and complain).
Just wanted to let people know.

ResponseCash Prepaid Cash Rewards Card User Guide
Keep the following instructions with you for your reference when using
the card.
Making purchases at the Point-of-Sale (POS) wherever the MaestroŽ symbol
on the back of the card is displayed.
1. You must utilize the entire amount of your card balance in one transaction
as it is a one-time use only card. Therefore, make sure your purchase
amount is equal to or greater than your card balance.
2. When using your card, select DEBIT, enter your PIN, and enter $15 on
the POS machine.
3. Entering an incorrect PIN will cost you a decline fee and reduce the
funds on your card.
4. Entering a dollar amount on the POS machine that is greater than your
balance will cost you a decline fee and reduce the funds on your card.
5. Your card expires six (6) months from the date of receipt.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
1. YOUR PIN IS GIVEN TO YOU AT THE END OF THIS SURVEY.
2. Do NOT give your PIN to anyone and do NOT write your PIN on your card!

I took it to a store that had the Maestro sign outside, I asked that they input exactly $15 on debit (not credi), and then entered my pin number, and it refused it.
When I talked to the girl on the phone, she seemed a bit confused - she said that they had made a mistake and that these were actually supposed to be usable at ATM machines, but then she went on to say that of course that wouldn't have worked either because ATM machines won't give you $15, only multiples of $10 or $20.....LOL.....sounds like they made more than one mistake!
I'm just glad they're sending a check now. Maybe they corrected some of the ones that went out.

Because they were one time use cards, I bought a GC to my favorite grocery store for exactly $15 with mine. Hers didn't work. I wouldn't have tried it at an ATM because of the amount ($15, you'd never find an atm that gives out fives), and because usually prepaid cards are not designed for use at ATMs or gas pumps (and your ATM is likely to confiscate the card if you try to use it there).
I guess I was just pointing out that the girl that I talked to seemed quite confuzled, so maybe she didn't know the whole story behind why some people's cards were working and some weren't.
