I remember using <BR>a real easy like 3 step recipe last year but cant for the life of me find it.

Mix all ingredients together and roll out on a floured surface. Cut out. Bake 8-12 minutes until they just start to turn light brown on the edges. Frost with powdered sugar mixed with a little water and food coloring. 5|1|Cake mix sugar cookies :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|15:36:54|12/22/2008|<center><font size="1" color="#000099" class="f_postedon">Posted on Dec-22-08 at 03:36 PM (Eastern) by 98.213.161.195</font></center><p>1 box cake mix--you can use white or yellow cake mix<BR>2 eggs<BR>1/4 c oil<BR>Mix all the above with a spoon until well blended and dough is firm enough to roll 1 inch balls (if you need to, add 1 Tbs flour at a time until it is the correct consistency).  Roll balls in sugar (you can use colored sugar too) and place on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 8 mins...dont overbake!<BR>These are really good...soft and melt-in-your mouth tender! :)<P>Joy<P> "Middle age is when you choose your cereal for the fiber, not the toy."
