Okay so gee today is Thursday, then Friday then Monday.  So I can't complain until Tuesday of next week which is the 16th.  A whole NINE days before Christmas. 5|1|Pitch a fit.  I had ups &quot;deliver&quot; a package and put it on my back porch... thing was, I didn't have one!  They misdelivered.  The nice man whose porch it was delivered the package Christmas eve that year. 6|2|I got not kidding 9 packages for this other lady she ordered tons of stuff from Crate and Barrel and luckily it had her phone number on the packages to call her to come get it. I guess her address was a new complex place and it wasnt in their system yet.
