What if these jerks are using those social security numbers to get credit cards, etc?
11|1|Are these people illegal aliens? This is a serious matter and should be reported to the authorities. There's no reason not to use your own SSN when you are working --- that's how you build up your Social Security so when you retire, you can collect. If they are using the SSN for work, they are likely using it elsewhere... can you imagine the family finding out that someone had their deceased's SSN, got credit cards, DMV licenses, etc?
