2|2|Roast chicken is super easy to make.  The times seem fine on that recipe. If you have dried parsley or Italian seasoning, they are good to put a pinch in. If you have a can of chicken broth and/or some white wine, put a half a can in the bottom of the pan and that will turn into a great juice. 4|4|They do sell cooking bags for chickens and turkeys...I just never have used them myself.
