I love lasagna but my son doesn't. So... I end up either eating leftovers of it for a week (& gain 15 lbs. in the process) or I "cheat" & buy one of those quick microwave meals which is definitely NOT like homemade lasagna....

My son won't eat fish either but at least I can make that in just 1 serving, altho he gripes about it smelling up the house. :-p
I haven't made homemade lasagna in so long I hope I can remember how, or at least find back my recipe for it. LOL
