C (the orange chewables are yummy) & take 2 twice a day, preferable w/meals, til the symptoms start to disappear. Then reduce to 1 twice a day til symptoms are gone. It may not clear up your head cold immediately but it'll certainly help shorten the duration. Keep in mind too that Vit. C will help "flush" out the cold bugger. ;) <BR>Since my son seems to be a germ magnet, I have him take 1-2 Vit. C tablets every day.
