It's a good time to be very cautious & diligent about asking for feedback &/or legit references, & making sure to check those out, especially if you haven't traded w/the person before. Also remember to make sure to get *complete* NAZ's (ask for street names/numbers to go along w/any PO Boxes) *before* sending PayPal trades & keep good trade records.
Now would also be an excellent time to sign up for Garnette's TALS so you can stay informed about who is or isn't on the BTL & what aliases/new email addresses a resurfacing bad trader might be using.
Times are tough for everyone right now, including the bad traders, so they're being more persistent & creative in their attempts to scam other traders. :( How anyone can celebrate any kind of Christmas w/things they've STOLEN from others is beyond me! :-p
