seems to be that glue may also have been used, and yes I have come to find out she does have at least one other outstanding trade and that trader has also received some nasty accusing emails as well.

If the stamps arent actually written on, you might try soaking the card in hot water and slowly peeling the stamps off. Then place the stamps (pic side down) on a paper towel to dry. I did this when my kids were younger & used my pstg stamps as stickers! It worked. A small amt of elmers glue & they worked like new!

If you can get them off at all and even if they tear a bit or whatever, you can take them to any post office and ask to exchange them for new stamps. Not that you should have to do that (and how childish of the other trader to do such a thing), but at least you can eventually get some you can use.
If the other trader reads this thread, may I just remind you that life is short and you will probably be a lot happier if you treat others better.
