My husband I and I usually go shopping on Black Friday but this year I don't see anything we need at such a great price..I think I am just going to match the weekly sales with some coupons I have.
My daughter wants a highschool musical 20 inch bike which Walmart has on BF for $69.99 but I figure I can ge it from TRU which has it for $79.99 in the big toy book (with my 20% off coupon it makes it cheaper than Walmart)

it completely ruined my holiday spirit....PLUS.....the items ended up going on sale for what I paid two weeks later.....just not worth the time and effort....I've done really well using online coupons, and sales...PLUS I use my points and get credit for purchasing through them...all from my cozy living room....

Went once many yrs. ago & it was just too nuts. People are rude, pushy, obnoxious & will take things right out of your cart if you turn your back for even a second. Anymore, I don't have the patience or the tolerance to deal w/behavior like that in *supposed* adults so it would be either me or them, & I really don't feel like spending the wkend after Thanksgiving in jail! LOL

I will be on the road all day, traveling to visit realatives.
I did go to a BF sale a few years ago and had a great experience. At the time we were living in a small town and the Walmart by us didn't even have groceries. There was a tv on sale really cheap and the one in my bedroom had just went out. So I got up at 5:00 am jumped in the car and drove 5 minutes to the store. Stood in line for 10 minutes, walked in, found a tv, put it in my cart, went to the register and paid. Drove home and was back in my warm bed by 5:30.
I wish all BF experiences could be like that : )
