I have so had it with this bank. I have had nothing but problems to begin with but I stayed with the bank because it is more convienient for me and things started to get better. I have an account and my mom has an account through this bank and we are the second name on each other account. So they keep confusing the accounts and everything else. So I go to change my name on my account because I got married and what a mess! They canceled my debit card instead of ordering me a new one and not only did they cancel it but they reported it stolen! I found out while i was making a purchase at the store. Its starting to work out but omg im ready to scream!

I've had it with the fees and lies. I call them to find out exactly what time is the laters to deposit or for checks to clear and everything they tell me is complete untrue. They go out of there way to clear what they want first -- and they keep charging me fees on top of fees. I'm paying them more than what I'm saving and I am so fed up that I just went today to find out how to stop all our direct deposits so I can get of here. They got me so upset this week -- the fees took all the money I have and I can't even pay my bills. I'm so fed up.
