18 0|0|Yay! I saved $96.50 at Walmart today :D|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|12:31:25|11/21/2008|

I had to get sooo much stuff! Lots of staples and a few extra items (like a new jelly roll baking pan, dont ask, lol)....but I had some great coupons, so I saved 48% on my total bill :)

The best coupons I had to use were the $2/1 Just Bunches cereal IP, $2/1 Goody Ouchless hair items, 75c/1 Nestle hot cocoa mix, $1/1 Steam Fresh...those items cost me pennies :) They've also brought down the price on Kellogg's cereals...had the large boxes (18-22 oz) of several cereals for $2.38, had $1/1 IP coupons for those.
Winetags for free juice ($2 any), a couple free coupons (Triscuit and Honey Bunches of Oats cereal). Lots more....I had about $90 in coupons.

I know I cant hold a candle to Kristy or the rest of you tripling champs, but not bad for Wally World! :D

Do you live in a college town or have a lot of college kids working at yours? I do, and it is my absolute favorite store to coupon and match ad shop at.

Did you check out the coats while there? Mine were not on sale like there are online=(

Stacey 13|4|There is a community college here, but it has dorms and everything.....yes! I saw the coats there....they had some for $15, and the regular women's sizes were $12...they are really cute! I tried one on (I got the 1X as I usually wear a 16, and wanted a little room in it)...it fit fine! :)|saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|15:50:16|11/21/2008|

ETA: Print the sale page from the online store and take it with you to WM, see if they will match their online price :)

I am meeting the girl I am buying it for on Monday so maybe I will run her out and see if she likes the coat...and will take the ad w/ me!

Thanks so much for the help!

Great shopping at Wally World! I did the young looking cashier thing at Kmart, when I went for the doubles. I heard some of the older women complaining when I walked in. This girl gave me no hassle at all.

How exciting. I never have a problem at this walmart either. Now if I go to the one in Rockford that is a completley different story. Total opposites.
I am very excited for you. Now you have more bags for your project. LOL
