I was'nt expecting a pkg in the mail this week so when the doorbell rang I ignored it, as I live in a apartment and people are always ringing the wrong doorbell. Anyways my son ran downstairs and on the way down we heard someone running up the stairs and a door slam on the 2nd floor right below us...we did'nt think anything...son ran downstairs and in the lobby there was no one there or no pkgs..he came back up stairs and 10 minutes later we heard a knock on the door and the girl on the 2nd floor said the package was left downstairs, my son did'nt know who the girl was and I thought it was this girl Toni in my building as we always grab pkgs for eachother so they don't get stolen. Anyways I saw Toni out in front yesterday while walking shar and told her thank-you for grabbing my pkg. She said she was visting at her sisters house on the 2nd floor when her sister ran down the stairs and came back with a pkg in her hands. She said to her, look this pkg was just left downstairs...it belongs to the girl upstairs, so Toni replied well then run upstairs and give it to her, it is her package..I know Toni does'nt want to slam her sister, but when she said to me was a roundabout way of letting me know her sister has sticky fingers..this really stinks, and now will have to have anything that won't fit in mailbox request signature so she don't steal it..The thing is this girl leaves 2 strollers in the lobby all the time and no one would think of taking them...does'nt she realize that if we don't steal her strollers, she should leave our stuff alone, that we are honest people. I want to talk to Toni again today and maybe she could just bring up in conversation that she is soo glad that her nephews stollers are safe downstairs and that we don't steal eachothers stuff..

1|1|That is pretty sad she has to steal from others, I can't stand theives. I think you should talk to her sister again and let her know how you feel and if it keeps up, I would report her. She is going to talk to her and tell her that we have a pact in this building that we grab eachothers mail for eachother until that person comes home from work to receive it so it's not stolen. We do not keep eachothers stuff! I feel so much better venting it out as I have been really stressed over this, and glad to air out my concerns.
