I made the kitty litter cake last year, in a litter box with a scoop :)

But I have cats...so I was able to "recycle" it and use it as a spare in my home....LOL.  Be sure to soften and mold the tootsie rolls.... it makes it look sooo 'good'..  ROFL<P>
