I'm so intimidated to speak in person and need good wishes and yes even prayers lol
I'm doing it because we believe with our whole hearts in early intervention and want to reach everyone possible.
Who knows if one day our president will be some guy who is autistic but reached a great potential thru early intervention???

How wonderful! I will pray that all goes well ( and Im sure it will) We have an autistic little girl in our K class. She is soooooo smart. She can add double digit numbers and knows her multiplication tables. Its just the challenge of getting it out of her.....Her mom is doing so much for her and her progress is wonderful! We have had her in our school for three years..she is a joy.... 3|1|You'll do great Glennie :) You are a very informed and articulate person! but I feel once you hear other parents stories that you relate to, you will feel like your among friends. I think support groups of any kind are great and people can really find strength in knowing your not alone and a chance to meet some new friends.

Big kudos to you for spreading the word about early intervention. It wasn't all that many years ago that we almost never heard of autism and now it seems that it is finally being talked about and researched. All because of people like you.
